Kimi has over 15 years experience as an educator and counsellor. The foundation of Kimi's counselling follows a person-centred approach. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Strategies (CBT) and EMDR. When working with children, play and art are used more extensively to help the child express their feelings and experiences. She is a service provider with ICBC and the Crime Victim Assistance Program.
