I tailor my approach as counsellor, facilitator, educator, and coach to help restore and promote health and wellness for clients who are:  

• Struggling with low self-esteem, shame, and stigma 
• Recovering from trauma and grief  
• Dealing with divorce and complex family relationships

• Managing depression and anxiety 
• Navigating adolescent/young adult issues such as eating disorders and bullying   

I work as a guide who helps people make mindful changes that restore direction, meaning, and balance while they are:  

• Struggling with personal identity, acceptance, and self-worth 
• Exploring sexuality, gender, and sexual health issues 
• Living with feelings of depression and anxiety 
• Managing compulsive, unhealthy behaviours 
• Improving and strengthening relationships 
• Navigating career change, retirement, and life direction   

My goal is to create a safe place to help you explore your challenges while gaining clarity and awareness. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor I have assisted many individuals, including children, to manage and overcome various issues such as:
